When you contact us, request an estimate, schedule an appointment, or use our services, we collect information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, property address, project details, and scheduling information. If you choose text updates, we also keep your consent choice, the disclosure you accepted, its version, the source form, and the time it was recorded. Message content and delivery or opt-out records may be processed when messaging is enabled.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and schedule estimates, coordinate appointments and services, maintain business records, and improve our website and customer experience. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging privacy

Text messaging consent is optional and separate from cookie choices, email, phone contact, and required service terms. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be processed by providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages, maintain records, or support our operations; this does not grant them permission to market to you.

If you opt in, messages may concern your estimate request, appointments, and painting project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact us below. Choosing not to receive texts does not prevent you from booking an estimate or purchasing services. Promotional texts require separate consent.

Service providers and tracking

We use service providers for scheduling, customer records, automation, email and text delivery, security, hosting, and reviews. These may include Acuity Scheduling, BuilderPrime, Zapier, Google, Twilio, and Trustindex. When you consent where required, analytics and advertising measurement may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Pinterest. Optional tracking technologies are managed through your cookie choices; accepting cookies does not sign you up for texts.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for the purposes described here and legitimate business, consent, and legal recordkeeping needs. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and those needs. Opting out of texts stops future program messages; we may retain consent and opt-out records to honor your choice.
